Skin Pro Lori Cancellation Policy

Skin Pro Lori loves taking care of your skin needs. Please remember that your scheduled time is reserved just for you. As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders for clients by email and text. Please be courteous to contact our office promptly should you need to change or cancel your appointment. We require 24 hours for a cancellation notice on all services. Consideration will be given for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the full treatment cost. No shows will be charged 100% of the full treatment cost. Thank you for understanding that we make our living by reserving time for our clients.
